Cancelation Policy: Countries qualifying for "special rate" registration fee:
Cancelation of registration without cancelation fee is possible till 7th March.
For cancelation of registration after 7th March the assessed fee will be 35 EURO.
For cancelations after 1st April, full registration fee will be charged.
All cancelations must be in written form (fax or mail to the PCO)
 
Cancelation of hotel accommodation without cancelation fee is possible till 7th March.
For cancelation of hotel accommodation after 7th March - one night fee will be charged.
All refunds will be issued after the Meeting less an administration fee 35 EURO
